All tenants are be responsible for the payment of all services including Electricity and Effluent Charge from the date of occupation. Electricity is sub-metered and billed quarterly by the Landlord. Effluent Charge is currently £30.00 per full-time person per quarter (no VAT).

The tenant will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the unit.

Rates and VAT
